Bold Residence is a contemporary residential design proposal located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, developed for a 2400 sq. ft. plot. The project focuses on creating a bold and distinctive front elevation that reflects modern urban living. The façade is designed using layered volumes and clean geometric forms to create depth and visual rhythm. A balanced combination of textures and materials enhances the architectural character while maintaining simplicity. Carefully positioned openings and balconies allow natural light and ventilation suited to the local climate. The design aims to achieve a strong visual identity while remaining functional and contextually responsive.
